The launch of the new Citroen DS3 has caused ripples of excitement throughout the motor industry. The French manufacturer has seemingly found its ‘Mojo’ again and is producing exciting hot hatches in the idiom of the tuner’s favourite, the much-loved Saxo.

The new Cobra kit drops the attractive 3 door by a tasteful and practical 30mm. More on the lesser engined variants. By lowering the car’s centre of gravity, both turn and traction mid-corner are greatly improved whilst driver feedback and enjoyment are considerably heightened.
The Cobra range is simply vast and covers almost the entire range of Citroen cars from 1980s to the present day – even including the AX, Picasso and ZX versions. A huge range of variants are available, meaning that drops as subtle as 20mm or as serious as 50mm are available. As well as improved stance, the Cobra springs offer pin-point turn-in and greater chassis feedback, despite the superb levels of ride comfort that are still maintained.
The heat-treated springs are powder-coated for a long and durable life – even on the UK’s salted winter roads. Each spring is cold formed for accuracy before being heat treated for strength and durability. Finally, each and every spring is shot-peened to pre-fatigue the spring and eliminate sagging. This lengthy production process explains Cobra’s confidence in their product, their class-leading warranty and full TUV approval. Prices have yet to be confirmed, but are expected to be in-line with the rest of the Cobra range.

The spokes ‘float’ above the inner rim, leaving an attractive visual space that accents the depth of the rim behind and also helps to aid brake cooling.
Presented in a flawless black anodised finish and CNC machined from a solid aluminium billet, two variants are available. A 15mm width 5/112 version and a 20mm think 5/100 unit. So If your ride is Wolfsburg.. but your rims are Stuttgart. Here’s the perfect solution.
